United Nude x Charlie Koolhaas

Rotterdam based artist Charlie Koolhaas transforms her captivating photography of a globalized world into wearable art in her latest collaboration with footwear brand United Nude.

Drawing material from her recently published book CITY LUST, this collection of 6 photographic boots invites the individual to become a participant in the interconnected tale of five cities - London, Dubai, Lagos, Guangzhou and Houston.

Besides boots, the collection also ranges into jackets. Camouflaged into a turbulent and unglamorous world, these fashion statements challenge us to reconsider beauty and use fashion to disturb the social order, rather than conform to it.
