Statue of Inventory examines the universal symbology inherent in the Statue of Liberty. Intended as an icon of independence, freedom, when examined structurally, the Statue reveals itself as the generator of market led real estate incarnate. Its internal frame is the predecessor to space frame construction, which was key to the building of skyscrapers, International Style towers, and ultimately market rate condominiums. The uniqueness of the statue is therefore stripped aside, leaving behind its hyper normal skeleton, to be reimagined as a housing tower.
